My Story

My faith in God has always lived quietly in my heart. Yet, like so many, I experienced seasons where life felt like a rollercoaster—busy, overwhelming, and distracting. During those years, I longed for a closer relationship with God but didn’t know how to deepen it. Little by little, I drifted. Then I met God in the ordinary.

Much like the Samaritan woman at the well (John 4), my encounter didn’t happen in a dramatic or expected way. It happened while scrolling through social media. Over and over, I began seeing posts about the Blessed Virgin Mary and the rosary. At first, I barely noticed. But eventually, something stirred in my heart—a gentle nudge inviting me back to prayer. One day, I picked up the rosary again.

That single, simple act changed everything. It led me back to church, back to confession, and into a deeper, more personal relationship with God than I had ever known.

For years, I prayed for clarity. I trusted that God would reveal my calling in His time, even jokingly asking Him to “just send it to me in the mail,” because I felt certain something important was missing. Then one day, I realized it had been in my hands all along.

I began flipping through my old journals and discovered page after page filled with reflections, prayers, insights, and moments of revelation—written during hours of meditation, prayer, and honest wrestling with life. As I reread those words, I felt the Holy Spirit gently guiding me again, showing me that my own journey could help others find God in theirs. After much prayer and discernment, I knew what I was being called to do: share these reflections as an offering.

Yoga and meditation also became part of my journey. What began as physical exercise evolved into intentional movement focused on God’s presence. I believe yoga is simply movement, and when practiced with the right intention, it can be a way to honor God by caring for the body as His temple. Guided by 1 Corinthians 9:27, I strive to practice discipline and self-control, using movement for God’s glory.

An Invitation

This space was created prayerfully and with love. My hope is that through these devotionals, reflections, prayers, and movement practices, you will encounter God in your own ordinary moments. I pray that what you find here helps you grow closer to Him, deepens your faith, and brings peace to your heart.

If yoga and meditation help you slow down, listen, and focus on God’s presence—then may you feel freedom, not fear, in offering those moments to Him.

May God bless you and guide you always.
